The workflow template library is a public directory of AI-authored marketing playbooks you can browse before building an automated workflow inside ConvertMate. Each template walks through a specific growth goal—like running a GA4 retention study or launching a paid acquisition sprint—and spells out the recommended sequence, assets, and follow-up actions.

- Filters that match your channels: Narrow the list by goal (SEO, CRO, Outreach, Lifecycle) and by platform badges (Shopify, Google Ads, Meta, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, etc.) to find templates that match your stack.
- Rich detail pages:
/workflows/{slug}pages start with a typewriter hero summary, show every step as connected nodes with platform logos, and include an FAQ accordion that answers the most common customer questions. - Shareable structure: Each template exposes the story, recommended prompts, and How-To style guidance that you can hand to teammates or agencies even if they do not have ConvertMate access yet.
- Always-fresh catalog: Five new templates are generated every morning at 06:30 UTC. Our team reviews the draft, pairs it with the right branded illustration, and publishes it if it meets quality standards—so there is always something new to reference.
- Daily review email: Every morning run triggers a summary email to the ConvertMate content team so they can approve, tweak, or unpublish drafts before they appear on the public directory.
Turning a template into your workflow
- Open a template that matches your goal.
- Review the narrative, required assets, and FAQ answers to understand what the workflow covers.
- In ConvertMate, go to Workflows → Create workflow.
- Add the agents that correspond to each template step, tailoring prompts, schedules, and credit budgets to your store.
- Save and activate the workflow to automate the process.
Because the public templates are blueprints, they do not run any automations against your account. Use them as inspiration and recreate the parts you want to operationalize.
Template detail anatomy
Each template page includes:
- Hero summary: Typewriter intro plus a call-to-action button that directs you back into the ConvertMate app.
- Workflow node map: Sequenced cards for every recommended action with platform badges so you can see which systems are involved at a glance.
- Supportive FAQs: Expandable answers covering prerequisites, deliverables, collaboration tips, and how to measure success.
- Structured guidance: How-To style copy that merchants can copy/paste into briefs, along with breadcrumb links so visitors can explore related templates quickly.
- Search-ready metadata: Each page ships with HowTo + FAQ structured data so search engines can surface the templates with rich results.
Requesting or managing templates
Need a template for a niche campaign or want edits to an existing one? Use the in-app help widget or email support@convertmate.io with the details. The ConvertMate team manages publishing from Website Content → Workflow Templates in the admin panel—they can prioritize new ideas, refresh copy, or temporarily unpublish templates that no longer match the product roadmap.
When a template is published it automatically appears in the /workflows directory, the sitemap, and the site footer link. Unpublished templates disappear from all public surfaces but stay available internally for future revisions.
