Reviewing generated content
When generation completes, review the draft:
Read through entirely - Check if the content makes sense, flows well, and covers the topic adequately. Verify accuracy - Ensure facts, statistics, and information are correct. AI occasionally makes mistakes. Check brand alignment - Confirm the tone, voice, and messaging match your brand. Review keyword usage - Keywords should appear naturally, not forced or repetitive. Evaluate structure - Headings should be logical, sections should be balanced. Test internal links - Verify suggested links actually go to relevant pages. Consider images - Review image suggestions and decide what visuals to add.The content editor shows the draft with a panel for notes and edits.

Content quality considerations
AI-generated content is a starting point. To ensure quality:
Always review - Never publish without reading the entire article. Fact-check - Verify statistics, claims, and technical details. Add expertise - Include insights, examples, or perspectives only you can provide. Update outdated info - AI training data has a cutoff date. Update anything time-sensitive. Inject personality - Add brand voice, humor, or storytelling that AI misses. Proofread - Check grammar, spelling, and readability. Test links - Verify all internal and external links work.Think of AI as a skilled first-draft writer, not a finished-product creator.
Credit costs
Content generation uses credits based on article length:
- Short articles (800-1,000 words) - 100 credits
- Medium articles (1,200-1,500 words) - 150 credits
- Long articles (2,000-2,500 words) - 250 credits
- Extra long (3,000+ words) - 350+ credits
Additional features:
- AI editing tools - 10 credits per use
- Regenerate section - 20 credits
- Generate outline only - 30 credits
The exact cost appears before you start generation.
Best practices
Start with outlines - Generate outlines first for big projects to plan before committing credits. Use content briefs - The more specific your brief, the better the output. Iterate on parameters - If output isn't right, adjust tone, length, or angle rather than generating repeatedly. Edit strategically - Focus edits on accuracy and brand voice rather than minor word choices. Track performance - Monitor which AI-generated content performs well to improve future generation settings. Mix AI and human - Use AI for first drafts, humans for final polish and expertise.Troubleshooting
Content is too generic
- Provide more specific instructions in the brief
- Add examples of your brand voice
- Include unique points or perspectives to cover
- Use AI for structure, write key sections yourself
Keywords feel forced
- Adjust keyword density settings
- Manually rewrite overly optimized sections
- Focus on natural language first, SEO second
- Use synonyms and variations instead of exact keyword repetition
Content lacks depth
- Increase article length target
- Specify "Advanced" audience level
- Add custom instructions for detailed analysis
- Expand key sections using AI editing tools after generation
Factual errors
- Always fact-check before publishing
- Add citations or sources to brief for AI to reference
- Focus AI on structure and flow, add facts yourself
- Use AI for opinion or advice, not technical specifications
Doesn't match brand voice
- Adjust tone of voice settings
- Provide examples of your brand's style
- Edit heavily for first few articles until you find the right parameters
- Create a brand voice guide document to reference in briefs
What's next
After generating content:
