Your "Send your first outreach campaign" checklist item completes when you successfully send your first outreach email through the platform.
How to get started
- Navigate to Outreach > Discoveries from the main menu
- Click Start new discovery
- Choose your objective (brand mentions or specific page backlinks)
- Enter your target domain or URL
- Review AI-suggested topics and start discovery
- Wait for sources to be discovered (uses credits)
- Click Find contacts to enrich sources with contact information
- Review discovered sources and generated email sequences
- Approve and send your first outreach campaign
The full outreach workflow
As you progress through the outreach workflow, you'll unlock multiple milestones:
- First discovery created - When your first discovery completes
- First contacts found - When contact details are enriched for the first time
- First emails generated - When AI generates your first email sequence
- First outreach sent - When you send your first campaign to Smartlead
Credits required
- Discovery (per source): 10 credits
- Contact enrichment (per source): 20 credits

Your outreach emails are sent via Smartlead with automated follow-up sequences. Track opens, clicks, and replies in your outreach dashboard.
