Understanding feature access
ConvertMate uses a feature access system that controls which features you can use based on your subscription plan. There are three types of feature access:
Blocked features - Features marked "Not available" in the table above are completely blocked on lower plans. When you try to access a blocked feature, you'll see an upgrade prompt explaining which plan unlocks it. For example, Smart Collections is blocked on Free and Starter plans but available on Growth and above. Limited features - Some features are available but with usage limits. For example, Starter plan users can run 1 SEO Audit per month, while Growth plan users have unlimited audits. When you reach your limit, you can either wait for the reset period or upgrade to a higher plan. Unlimited features - Higher plans provide unlimited access to most features. Business and Enterprise plans have unlimited access to all features without restrictions.What happens when you reach a limit
When you try to use a feature and have reached your limit:
- You'll see an upgrade prompt explaining your current usage
- The prompt shows which plan provides more capacity
- Clicking "Upgrade" takes you directly to checkout for the recommended plan
- After upgrading, you can immediately continue using the feature

ConvertMate shows usage meters for features with monthly or weekly limits:
Usage meters appear on feature pages - When you access limited features, you'll see a progress bar showing how much of your allocation you've used. Real-time tracking - Usage updates immediately after each use, so you always know where you stand.
