Before you start
Make sure you have:
- An active BigCommerce store with products
- Store Owner or Administrator access to install apps
- An active ConvertMate account

Connection steps
Step 1: Go to connections
- Log in to your ConvertMate account
- Click Settings in the left sidebar
- Select Connections from the settings menu
- Find BigCommerce in the list of available platforms
Step 2: Start OAuth authorization
- Click Connect next to BigCommerce
- You'll be redirected to BigCommerce's authorization page at login.bigcommerce.com
- Log in to your BigCommerce account if not already logged in
- You'll see your list of stores if you manage multiple stores
Step 3: Select your store
If you have multiple BigCommerce stores:
- Select the store you want to connect
- Click Continue to proceed with authorization
Step 4: Grant permissions
BigCommerce will ask to grant ConvertMate permission to:

After authorization:

Authorization failed
