Before you start

Connection steps

Step 1: Go to connections

  1. Log in to your ConvertMate account
  2. Click Settings in the left sidebar
  3. Select Connections from the settings menu

  1. Click Connect next to BigCommerce
  2. You'll be redirected to BigCommerce's authorization page at login.bigcommerce.com
  3. Log in to your BigCommerce account if not already logged in

If you have multiple BigCommerce stores:

  1. Select the store you want to connect
  2. Click Continue to proceed with authorization

Step 5: Complete connection

After authorization:

  1. BigCommerce redirects you back to ConvertMate
  2. Your store details are automatically saved
  3. ConvertMate begins syncing your catalog
