To access your usage data:

  1. Click Settings in the left sidebar
  2. Select Credit usage from the menu
  3. View your current balance, monthly allocation, and usage history
View your credit usage

Understanding the overview

The top of the page shows:

Current balance - Credits available right now Monthly allocation - Credits you get each billing cycle Days until renewal - When your credits reset This month's usage - Credits spent since your last renewal Average daily usage - Typical credits used per day Projected end-of-month balance - Estimate based on current usage patterns

Usage breakdown

See how you've spent credits:

By agent - Which agents cost the most credits overall By date - Daily or weekly credit spending patterns By team member - Who's running agents and how much they're using (admins only) By platform - Credits spent on Shopify agents vs. Google agents vs. others

Use these breakdowns to understand where your credits go and identify opportunities to optimize.

Detailed transaction history

The transactions list shows every credit deduction and refund:

Agent executions - Credits deducted when you run agents Refunds - Credits returned when executions fail Manual adjustments - Credits added or removed by support Package purchases - Credits from credit packages you bought

Each entry shows the date, amount, agent name, and execution link for details.

Filtering transactions

Use filters to analyze specific time periods or activities:

Date range - Last 7 days, last 30 days, or custom range Transaction type - Show only refunds, only charges, or both Agent filter - See usage for one specific agent Amount threshold - Show only transactions above a certain credit amount

Identifying usage patterns

Look for these patterns in your data:

High-cost days - Days when you use significantly more credits than average. Often tied to batch operations or new initiatives. Underused allocation - If you consistently have credits left at renewal, you might benefit from a lower plan. Budget overages - If you frequently buy credit packages, upgrading to a higher plan might save money. Agent efficiency - Some agents might provide better value than others. Compare the results you get against credits spent.

Setting up usage alerts

Configure notifications when:

Monthly limit approaching - Alert when you've used 80% or 90% of your monthly credits Unusual spending - Notify if credit usage spikes significantly above your average Low balance - Warning when you have fewer than X credits remaining End of month - Reminder to use remaining credits before they expire

Set these in Settings → Notifications.

Export usage data

Download your credit history as CSV to:

  • Import into accounting software
  • Create custom reports in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Track spending over longer time periods
  • Share with your finance team

Click Export at the top of the usage page and select your date range.

Optimizing credit usage

Tips based on your usage data:

If you have leftover credits - Run more agents before renewal, or consider downgrading your plan. If you frequently run out - Look for a higher plan, or focus on higher-value agents. If usage varies wildly - Credit packages can supplement your plan during busy months. If certain agents cost too much - Check if you can reduce scope (fewer products per run) or find alternative agents.

Team usage visibility

Workspace admins can see credit usage by team member:

Individual usage - How many credits each person has used Agent preferences - Which agents each team member runs most Efficiency metrics - Compare usage patterns across team members

This helps identify who needs training on efficient agent use, or who might need access to different agents.

Understanding refunds

Credits are automatically refunded when:

Execution fails - Full credit refund for system errors Partial completion - Partial refund if only some items processed Cancellation - Unused credits returned if you cancel mid-execution

Refunds appear in your transaction history within minutes of the qualifying event.
